About the Course
Do you achieve goals by being tough on yourself? Do you feel burnt out or overwhelmed by stress? Do you wish you could show yourself more love but don't know how?
In this course, we will learn concrete tools to develop self-compassion.
Every week will include a 90 minute online meeting to cover theory, introduce you to practical tools for daily life, and answer questions. You will also have weekly techniques to practice in between sessions.

Olisia has been practicing compassion daily for the past 11 years. She teaches workshops and works with clients 1:1 to help them develop this important life skill. Practicing self-compassion helps Olisia achieve balance, set goals that are true to herself, and cope with challenges. It has also helped her experience intimacy and depth of connection with herself and others that she didn't previously know was possible.
