From day one, our work together is meant to teach you a set of tools and mindsets to apply throughout your life.

My objective is to support you on your journey as you build a supportive and loving relationship with yourself and the world around you.

My focus is on helping you build a foundation of security, love and peace in your internal world. It is a gradual and deep process that taps into our inherent capacity to tackle ever-changing internal and external opportunities and challenges. By working on inner expansiveness, we empower you to create a life aligned with who you truly are.

What to expect
I pull from a wide variety of evidence-based methods tailored to you, such as:

Working with thoughts and beliefs - reducing black & white thinking and finding new possibilities

Parts work - working with the different parts of you. Understanding them, resolving their concerns, seeing the beauty in them, integrating them, and allowing them to function to their full capacity in harmony with other parts based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model

Reparenting - developing a compassionate presence inside that helps you support yourself, meet past and present emotional needs, heal childhood trauma, and develop a more secure attachment style in relationships

Mindfulness and meditation - learning how to be present in the moment, different ways of connecting with yourself and the world, naturally accessing different states of consciousness (eg. states of deep relaxation and love)

Values - defining values that you want to live by and supporting you on the journey of embedding them into your life

Breathwork - using the breath to access the mind and body’s wisdom and self-healing capabilities

Embodiment work - working with movement, sensations, breath, sound, and energy to get in tune with your own body, other people, and your environment

Other tools as needed - the main tool is compassionate presence and experimenting to find what is needed in the moment :) We may use one, all, or none of the tools above!

I believe that we each own our wellbeing and we also need a team of people to help us take care of our wellness and live life to the fullest. I hope to be part of your team if we are a fit. I encourage you to also engage others who benefit your wellbeing in different ways (therapists, physicians, fitness instructors, coaches, friends, family, etc.) as needed.
My top goal is to help you develop a more trusting relationship with your loving inner guidance.
